Advancing oligonucleotide therapeutics from translational science to implementation.

GTOS 2027 brings together researchers, clinicians, industry, regulators, patient-linked stakeholders, and translational infrastructure experts to accelerate the responsible development of oligonucleotide therapeutics for rare and ultra-rare diseases.

About GTOS

GTOS is a focused translational symposium designed to connect German and international expertise in oligonucleotide therapeutics for rare diseases. The symposium broadly addresses scientific discovery, preclinical and clinical translation, biomarker strategies, regulatory development, implementation pathways and enabling infrastructure across rare disease areas.

GTOS 2027 will place a particular focus on rare and ultra-rare neurological diseases, highlighting current opportunities, challenges and translational approaches in this field.

Science
Oligonucleotide modalities, mechanisms, delivery, biomarkers.

Translation
Preclinical models, trial readiness,
clinical strategy.

Implementation
Regulation, ethics, infrastructure,
access and real-world pathways.
